  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Images of the packaging.
  • An unboxing video (if available).

Our support team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.

  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
