  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations & Certain States: 8–9 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order value, product weight, and ongoing promotional offers.
  • Free shipping may be available on eligible orders during specific promotional campaigns.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be shared via email and/or SMS.
  • Customers can use the tracking details to monitor the shipment status in real time.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Cancellation & Return Restrictions

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Products priced below ₹299 are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after dispatch.

ToysCartel shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package:

  • Our courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
  • Orders returned to our warehouse may be subject to cancellation and applicable deductions.

8. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
